PORTS AND FITTINGS

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB and 1/8 NPT.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

This Nissan Silvia/180SX/200SX fuel rail kit is designed specifically for SR20DET S13 style intake manifolds. For the SR20DET S14/S15 fuel rail, go HERE. This S13 SR20DET fuel rail will work on aftermarket intake manifolds that are compatible with the OEM side feed fuel rail.

Manufactured with a large 0.69″ internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and black anodized for a high-quality surface finish. The included hardware mounts the fuel rail to the OEM intake manifold bosses.

The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow 14mm O-ring short (34mm) fuel injectors. Fuel injectors are not included and not sold by Radium Engineering. Reference the diagram below to ensure you are using compatible fuel injectors.

The lower billet aluminum injector seats are anodized and laser etched. They are O-ring sealed and designed for 14mm top feed injectors.  This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
