PORTS AND FITTINGS

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

This Radium Engineering fuel rail kit is a direct bolt-on with the RB25DET (non-NEO) engines originally found in the R33 Nissan Skyline GTS-T. Manufactured with a large 0.69″ internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow 14mm O-ring fuel injectors (not included). This kit is compatible with E85.

The fuel rail has four 8AN ORB ports that can be used for fuel inlet, outlet or for plumbing option accessories. All unused ports must be plugged.

The rail is extruded and CNC machined from solid 6063 aluminum and black anodized for a high-quality surface finish.

Fuel Injector Compatibility
The kit includes 2 sets of phenolic spacers (shown above in the kit contents) to suit multiple height injectors. The spacers are machined from phenolic material and offer excellent resistance to heat transfer.

Use the tall spacers and longer mounting bolts to accommodate this size injector:
