Flying lead bulkhead wiring harnesses are included with all universal Radium Engineering kits and do not need to be purchased separately. 

These wiring harnesses are used in multiple Radium Engineering products including fuel surge tanks, fuel cells, etc. For a complete bulkhead mating connection, select one internal and one external harness from the lists above. External harness wires use 24″ long 10AWG TXL insulated wires. Internal harness use 12-14AWG PTFE insulated wires. For External Wiring harnesses, please follow THIS LINK.

All panels must be 0.06-0.18 inches thick. See the drawing below for cutouts for each bulkhead connector. A gasket is included on the large connector and the small connector includes an O-ring for sealing against panel surface.


Radium P/N: 17-0034 and P/N: 17-0036 are external flying lead harness replacements. These are for users that require a seamless connection to the upstream component/controller(s). Along with the connector, terminals, hardware, and seals are included. Wire assembly required. Dimensions are shown below.
