After taking the car out to a track school we found even with the upgraded pads the brakes were just not enough for the car so new brakes were ordered up. We took some time to install Innovate MTX-D and MTX-L gauges for AFR, Oil Temp and Oil Pressure. The MTX-D are awesome gauges allowing you to monitor 2 things, allows external datalogging and additional functionality. These were installed in an SMY Gauge Cluster.
We also ordered in the tires for the car to compete in CSCS Time Attack. The street class rules limit us to a 200 Treadwear tire with a 245mm max width. Hankook RS-3 seem to be the choice for grip, price and longevity.
We also ordered in a nice Sparco WTX-5W helmet which has a nice wide eyeport for use in closed cockpit and open wheel cars.
