2007 Subaru Legacy gets some new Suspension Goodies

After 5 years of being on the road the suspension on this 2007 Subaru Legacy GT had seen better days.  The customer was looking to not just replace the OEM suspension but upgrade it with something that would eliminate some body roll and the dive/lift.  For spring options there’s not too many for the LGT, we have Swift and H&R available, and the owner selected the H&R springs based on his previous use of them on other cars.  Rather then throw the springs onto the car with the worn out original dampers we suggested going with the Koni Yellow inserts and shocks.  For the Legacy GT the fronts are inserts which require us to cut the original strut open and bolt the insert inside the housing.  The rears are a full replacement shock and simply replace the OEM pieces.  The Koni yellows offer adjustable dampening to fine tune the dampers to match the springs.  This is very important we feel when pairing non-matched springs and dampers so that you can get the setting correct.
