The GrimmSpeed Stubby Knobs are for car enthusiasts that prefer a shift knob that’s on the short and fat side, based off the design of the original GrimmSpeed Knobs, these versions are just a bit more stubby! They are threaded for all manual Subarus (M12x1.25) and will work with both 5spd and 6spd options.

Ford enthusiasts rejoice! The GrimmSpeed Stubby Knob also fits on the Ford Focus RS and S550 Mustang perfectly! The same quality and feel as our well known original Subaru shift knobs now available on Ford platforms.

Machined from solid 304 stainless steel right here in Minnesota, the GrimmSpeed Stainless Steel Stubby Shift Knob is a great edition to your Subaru or Ford’s interior. The perfect mixture of refinement and functionality. Weighting in at 600g, this knob will add an aggressive weighted feel each time you shift gears allowing you to shift faster and more smoothly than ever before. Your choice of a raw stainless finish or the ALL NEW red or black textured powder coat options, each shift knob is also laser etched around the base with the GrimmSpeed logo so that you know it’s the real deal.

These are designed to fit the 6spd right out of the box, so if you’d like to hold the shift boot up on your 5spd shifter, you’ll want to add the Shift Boot Retainer which we have listed as an optional addition to the order.
